INGREDIENTS


1. Pineapple - 200 g

2. Mango - 150 g

3. Coconut water - 200 ml

4. Lime - 1 pc

5. Honey - 1 tbsp

6. Coconut flakes - to taste

7. Fresh mint - optional





Step By Step Cooking Process



STEP 1


Mix coconut water with lime juice and honey until smooth. Pour into a flat container.


STEP 2


Place in the freezer. Every 30–40 minutes, scrape the surface with a fork. Slowly, crystal after crystal, the texture of tropical snow will appear.


STEP 3


When the granita is light and airy, spoon it into chilled glasses or small bowls.


STEP 4


Add golden cubes of pineapple and mango on top.


STEP 5


Finish with mint and a delicate sprinkle of coconut flakes. Serve immediately.
