There's probably hardly a person left in our world who hasn't tried or doesn't love this amazing dish. However, while in some countries this dish is considered an everyday occurrence, in most it's a luxury sought out in select Michelin-starred restaurants. Today, I want to lift the veil of mystery and share with you an incredible recipe for baked sushi rolls that you can make at home in a frying pan. This is the recipe that will fill your home with elegant luxury.

INGREDIENTS
1. Glutinous rice - 150 g
2. Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp
3. Sugar - 2 tsp
4. Salt - 1 pinch
5. Crab sticks - 1 pack
6. Cream cheese - 100 g
7. Hard cheese - 50 g
8. Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
9. Sesame seeds - to taste
10. Unagi sauce - to taste
Step By Step Cooking Process
STEP 1
Cook the rice according to package instructions, then add vinegar, sugar, and salt to the hot rice. Mix thoroughly with a wooden spatula.
STEP 2
Using a fork, separate the crab sticks into fibers, then mix them with the cream cheese.
STEP 3
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater, add mayonnaise and mix until smooth.
STEP 4
In a small but deep frying pan, place a layer of rice, smooth it out, then a layer of crab sticks and cream cheese, then grated cheese with mayonnaise and finally sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
STEP 5
Bake sushi rolls, covered, on low heat for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
STEP 6
When ready, let the dish cool slightly, then drizzle with unagi sauce, divide into portions, and serve with a cup of soy sauce and a sheet of nori.
