Total time: 8 minutes | Cooking time: 7 minutes | Yield: 1 serving
INGREDIENTS
1. Apple - 1
2. Egg - 1 pc
3. Sugar - 1.5 tbsp
4. Flour - 4 tbsp
5. Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
6. Salt - 1/4 tsp
7. Butter - 1 tbsp
8. Yogurt - 1 tbsp
9. Cinnamon - to taste
Step By Step Cooking Process
STEP 1
Grate the apple or slice it into very thin slices.
STEP 2
In a deep bowl, add the egg, 1 tablespoon of sugar, salt, butter, and yogurt. Mix until smooth.
STEP 3
Add flour and baking powder. Gently mix until you get a smooth, thick batter.
STEP 4
Pour half of the batter into a small skillet. Add a layer of thin apple slices and sprinkle with cinnamon and the remaining sugar. Cover with the second half of the batter. For a marbled effect, gently run a skewer through the layers 2–3 times.
STEP 5
Cover and cook on the lowest heat for 6–9 minutes. Then carefully flip and cook for another 1 minute.
STEP 6
Transfer the bread to a board and let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve with hot tea, calm music, and a good mood. The perfect start to your day!
