I received and documented this recipe on Christmas Eve. Smooth cream cheese, sweet ripe fruit, magical cookie crumbs — and, of course, a couple of signature extraterrestrial touches from our neighbors from another corner of the Universe.

Total time: 50 minutes | Cooking time: 10 minutes | Yield: 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
1. Shortbread cookies - 180 g
2. Butter - 90 g
3. Cocoa - 1 tbsp
4. Condensed milk - 2 tbsp
5. Salt - 1/4 tsp (optional)
6. Space pine needles - 9-12 drops
7. Cream cheese - 200 g
8. Fruit - to taste
9. Orbital ether - 3-5 drops
10. Dark chocolate - 80 g
Step By Step Cooking Process
STEP 1
Crush the cookies into fine crumbs. Add the melted butter, cocoa, condensed milk, salt (optional), and a few drops of space pine needles to give the base a subtle green color. Mix until smooth.
STEP 2
Take half of the cream cheese and mix it with a few drops of orbital ether to achieve a gentle purple shade.
STEP 3
Place half of the cookie base into a mold or bowl and press it firmly. Add the plain cream cheese, fruit, and the purple frosting. Cover with the remaining cookie base and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
STEP 4
Transfer the chilled pudding onto a dessert plate, drizzle with melted dark chocolate, and return it to the refrigerator for 5 minutes so the chocolate sets.Slice and serve as a festive holiday dessert.
Merry Christmas — and see you in the Gentleman Cuisine!
