INGREDIENTS


1. Tuna (fillet) - 200 g

2. Lemon - 1 pc

3. Soy sauce - 1 tbsp

4. Salt - to taste

5. Pepper - to taste

6. Onion (Shallot) - 2 pcs

7. Dill - to taste

8. Butter - 10 g

9. Olive oil - 1 tbsp





Step By Step Cooking Process



STEP 1


Rinse the tuna fillet, pat dry and place in a deep bowl.


STEP 2


Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, olive oil and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Leave for 15 minutes to marinate the fish.


STEP 3


After the specified time, the tuna steak is ready for the next step. Rub it with marinade on all sides and start frying.


STEP 4


Heat the pan over medium heat well, then put the tuna steak and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then turn over, add the onion (I recommend cutting the onions in half beforehand, this will allow the onion to give up all the juice in the pan), butter and fry for another 2-3 minutes, basting the steak.


STEP 5


Add a sprig of dill and a slice of lemon to the finished tuna steak. This decoration will give the steak a particularly luxurious look. Enjoy your meal!
