Very beautiful, very tasty, very easy to cook! Chicken fried with a golden crust in a frying pan is cooked relatively quickly. You will need a large frying pan to accommodate the whole bird. I use curry spices, but you can also experiment and add other spices.

Total time: 60 minutes | Cooking time: 40 minutes | Yield: 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
1. Chicken - 1 kg
2. Garlic - 5 cloves
3. Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
4. Curry spices - 2 tsp
5. Black pepper - to taste
6. Red pepper - to taste
7. Salt - to taste
Step By Step Cooking Process
STEP 1
How to fry chicken with a golden crust in a frying pan? Very simple. For this we need a small chicken (weight no more than 1.2 kg) and a minimum of spices.
STEP 2
Wash and dry the chicken. Cut the carcass along the breastbone line and flatten it with your hands, giving it a flatter appearance. It is important to make the chicken as flat as possible so that its entire surface touches the bottom of the frying pan in which it will be fried.
STEP 3
Sprinkle the chicken on all sides with red and black peppers.
STEP 4
Peel the garlic and press it through a press or grate it on a fine grater. Mix the crushed garlic with salt and curry spices. Pour in 1 tsp of vegetable oil. Mix well and rub the chicken with the resulting aromatic mixture on all sides.
STEP 5
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. The frying pan should be large enough to fit the flattened carcass in it entirely. Place the chicken in the frying pan with the back facing up.
STEP 6
Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
STEP 7
Then turn the carcass over onto its back and fry for another 15 minutes until a golden brown crust appears. It is important to ensure that the bird does not burn and that all protruding parts fit tightly to the bottom of the pan. This usually applies to the drumsticks - they are fried, the worst and remain pale, while the rest of the carcass is covered with a golden brown crust.
STEP 8
When the back is well browned, turn the chicken back up again and fry until done, about 10 minutes. You can check the readiness of the chicken with a knife, carefully piercing the thigh or leg. When the chicken is done, a clear liquid will flow out from the puncture site.
STEP 9
Place the cooked chicken on a plate and serve with any side dish. Enjoy!
