A stunning, delicate and delicious vanilla cake for a Birthday or just for a weekend! No baking, no eggs, no fuss. Simple and fast. You will need just a couple of basic ingredients and a refrigerator. Try it and you will feel the holiday atmosphere without leaving the kitchen!

Total time: 270 minutes | Cooking time: 10 minutes | Yield: 4 serving
INGREDIENTS
1. Heavy cream (25% fat) - 400 ml
2. Condensed milk - 200 ml
3. Gelatin - 10-12 g
4. Water - 50 ml
5. Cookies - 150 g
6. Butter - 40-50 g
7. Vanilla - 1 tsp
8. Sprinkles - to taste
Step By Step Cooking Process
STEP 1
First, you need to do some important manipulations with the cream. Pour room temperature water over the gelatin and let it swell, while mixing the condensed milk with the cream in a deep bowl and adding vanilla. When the gelatin swells, melt it in a water bath or in the microwave, but make sure it doesn't boil, then let it cool and add it to the other ingredients of the cream. Beat the mixture well for 2-3 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened, then refrigerate.
STEP 2
Prepare the cake base. Crush the cookies into crumbs, then mix thoroughly with melted butter. The texture should be firm enough so that when you squeeze the crumbs in your hand, they do not fall apart, but retain their shape.
STEP 3
Take a cake form, then lay out the first layer of cookie crumbs, smooth it out and press it down lightly, then a layer of cream (don’t worry if the cream seems a little runny at this stage — the gelatin will set it perfectly later.), and again, until the form is filled.
STEP 4
Place the cake in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours, or better yet, overnight.
STEP 5
Vanilla Birthday Cake is served. Adorn with sprinkles and savor every refined bite.
