Quick Homemade Bread

When you really want bread or you are expecting guests and you are out of bread, the ideal solution is to cook this bread recipe in a frying pan. Soft, fluffy with an amazing and delicious crust. You will stop buying bread as soon as you try this recipe!

Total time: 115 minutes | Cooking time: 60 minutes | Yield: 6 servings
INGREDIENTS
1. Flour – 350 g
2. Yeast – 5 g
3. Sugar – 1 tsp
4. Salt – 1 tsp
5. Water (warm) – 210 ml
6. Vegetable oil – 30 ml
Step By Step Cooking Process
STEP 1
Add flour, sugar and salt to a bowl. Add yeast and mix. Then pour in water (recommended temperature 38-40 degrees). Add vegetable oil.
STEP 2
Knead the dough. It needs to be kneaded by hand for 5-7 minutes. It will be quite sticky, so be careful.
STEP 3
Gather the dough into a ball, grease your hands with vegetable oil so that the dough does not stick and place the ball in a bowl, cover and leave for 30 minutes in a warm place.
STEP 4
Sprinkle with flour, lightly knead and take out of the bowl. Stretch into a layer, then roll into a roll and roll the roll into a ball again. Repeat everything once more, then give it the shape of a loaf.
STEP 5
Transfer the dough to a frying pan greased with vegetable oil, cover and leave for another 15-20 minutes.
STEP 6
Sprinkle with flour, make shallow cuts on top and put on the lowest heat, covering with a lid. Fry the bread for 30 minutes. Then remove the lid, turn over and fry for another 30 minutes.
STEP 7
Wrap the finished bread in a kitchen towel and leave to cool. If you like a soft crust, brush the bread with cold water immediately after frying. When the bread has cooled, cut and serve.
