Luxurious Tuna and Avocado Pasta-Salad

When you want to treat yourself to something special, but don't want to go to a restaurant, you can make a luxurious pasta salad with tuna and avocado. An ideal recipe for connoisseurs of luxurious cuisine. Simple, fast, but elegant!


Total time: 15-20 minutes | Cooking time: 5-7 minutes | Yield: 1 serving



INGREDIENTS


1. Spaghetti - 70 g

2. Avocado - 60 g

3. Processed cheese - 1/2 tbsp

4. Canned tuna - 50 g

5. Tomato - 1/3 pc

6. Green onions - 2 g

7. Hard cheese - 20 g

8. Black pepper - to taste

9. Salt - to taste

10. Fresh coriander - to taste





Step By Step Cooking Process



STEP 1


Wash the avocado and green onions, dry them with paper towels. Peel the avocado, remove the pit. Open the can of tuna, drain the liquid and oil (if you like it "fatter", you can leave it). Pour 1.5-2 liters of water into the pan. Prepare a colander, bowl, grater and cutting board.


STEP 2


Place a pot of water on high heat and bring the water to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, add 1/3 teaspoon of salt and spaghetti. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain in a colander.


STEP 3


Finely grate the hard cheese, chop the green onion. Cut the tomato into small cubes.



STEP 4


Place the avocado pulp in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add processed cheese, chopped green onions, grated hard cheese, chopped tomato, and tuna pieces.


STEP 5


Add salt and pepper to the ingredients in the bowl and mix. Season the hot spaghetti with tuna and avocado sauce and mix well.


STEP 6


Serve the pasta with fresh coriander, green onions and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bon appetit, my dear connoisseurs of luxurious taste!
