To enjoy the incredible taste of juicy lemon pie, you don't need an oven! Serve it warm with various drinks: tea, lemonade or milk.

Total time: 30 minutes | Cooking time: 15-20 minutes | Yield: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

1. Egg - 2 pcs

2. Milk - 50 ml

3. Flour - 140 g

4. Sugar - 100 g

5. Salt - 1/2 tsp

6. Baking powder - 1 tsp

7. Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp

8. Lemon - 1 pc

9. Sugar powder - to taste

Step By Step Cooking Process

STEP 1

Scald the lemon with boiling water, this way its zest will become more aromatic. Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater.

STEP 2

Beat the chicken eggs into a deep container and pour in the sugar, add salt. Beat everything with a fork or whisk for about 2-3 minutes. It is not necessary to beat into a fluffy foam, it is important to thoroughly mix the sugar and beaten eggs. You can use a mixer or a food processor. Then add 1 tsp of lemon zest.

STEP 3

Pour in milk of any fat content and flavorless vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly until the sugar dissolves in the milk.

STEP 4

Add baking powder and premium wheat flour in parts. Mix the dry ingredients into the mass, but do not beat in so as not to form lumps. After adding the flour, mix the lemon juice into the dough.

STEP 5

Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil and place the dough in it.

STEP 6

Bake the pie in a frying pan at minimum heat for 15-20 minutes, covered with a lid. As soon as the sides of the pie are browned, it is ready!

STEP 7

Place it on a plate and let the pie cool slightly. Then sprinkle with sugar powder and cut into portions. Lemon pie goes well with tea or milk. Don't forget to invite your family and friends to the table. Enjoy your meal!
