Juicy and tender beef with strawberry jam is a dish with unique taste qualities. INGREDIENTS
1. Beef - 250 g
2. Water - 250 g
3. Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
4. Jam - 1 tsp
5. Salt - 1/4 tsp
6. Pepper - 1/4 tsp
7. Coriander - 1/4 tsp
8. Flour - 1/4 tsp
9. Strawberries - to taste
Step By Step Cooking Process
STEP 1
I recommend using beef steak, but this recipe is also suitable for other types of meat (but if you use a large piece of beef, it should be cut into smaller pieces). The meat should be dried and fried in a frying pan in vegetable oil for 5 minutes on each side, over medium heat.
STEP 2
Then add water, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
STEP 3
Mix spices, salt and flour. Remove beef and add mixture to remaining water. Bring to boil, then add jam and simmer for about 5 minutes. The gravy with jam is ready.
STEP 4
Place fresh strawberries on top of the meat, then pour the gravy over it and serve. Instead of strawberries and strawberry jam, you can experiment and try using other berries. Enjoy your meal!
