Homemade lollipops remind you of childhood and carefree days. They are very easy to prepare and are long-savory. To remember the taste of childhood, make homemade lollipops - the recipe includes only 2 main ingredients. In addition, you will always be sure of the natural composition.

Total time: 30 minutes | Cooking time: 10 minutes | Yield: 3 servings
INGREDIENTS
1. Sugar – 200 g
2. Water – 45 ml
3. Lemon juice – 5 ml
4. Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.
Step By Step Cooking Process
STEP 1
First, prepare the lollipop molds: these can be silicone ice or candy molds, or regular parchment paper. Grease with vegetable oil so that the lollipops do not stick. Also prepare a bowl of cold water - you can check the readiness of the lollipops in it.
STEP 2
Pour sugar, water and lemon juice into a thick-bottomed saucepan. Turn on low heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Cook the caramel on minimum heat for about 7-10 minutes, stirring constantly so that the sugar does not burn.
STEP 3
Readiness is checked in a bowl of cold water - drop a little caramel there. If the drop quickly hardens, then the base is ready.
STEP 4
Pour the syrup into greased molds and insert the skewers or wooden sticks. Be careful - the finished caramel is very hot! Leave in a cool place for 15 minutes until the homemade lollipops in the molds harden.
If you do not have molds, pour the syrup in small round portions onto greased parchment. If desired, you can sprinkle the homemade lollipops with edible colored sprinkles before hardening.
STEP 5
Once the lollipops have set, gently remove them from the mold by pressing lightly on the stick. Enjoy!
