Sometimes even the simplest dish at first glance can surprise even the most experienced gourmets. Greek roasted potatoes with lemon aren’t just a Mediterranean dish, it is a real treasure for those who appreciate the taste of home comfort and simplicity in the kitchen. The true highlight of this dish is, of course, the lemon juice. With it, the taste of ordinary fried potatoes becomes much more refined and brighter.
