Greek roasted potatoes with lemon aren’t just a Mediterranean dish, it is a real treasure for those who appreciate the taste of home comfort and simplicity in the kitchen. The true highlight of this dish is, of course, the lemon juice. With it, the taste of ordinary fried potatoes becomes much more refined and brighter.

INGREDIENTS


1. Potatoes - 400 g

2. Lemon - to taste

3. Salt - to taste

4. Oregano - to taste

5. Olive oil - 90 ml





Step By Step Cooking Process



STEP 1


Peel the potatoes, wash and boil them. 5-7 minutes in boiling water are enough.


STEP 2


Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add potatoes and stir to coat with oil. Fry for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.


STEP 3


Add salt and oregano to taste, stir and fry for a couple more minutes.


STEP 4


Drizzle the finished potatoes with lemon juice and add rosemary or a little more oregano if desired.


STEP 5


The Greek roasted potatoes with lemon are ready! Let them cool down a bit while you set the table, then start eating. Enjoy!
