Gentleman’s Exclusive Chocolate Birthday Cake

Delicate lemon sponges, aromatic dark chocolate, sweet cookie crumbs, and tempting banana cream. You'll find it all in this stunning ritual recipe, celebrating the two-year anniversary of our Gentleman Cuisine. Congratulations, wishes, and thanks have already been given, and now it's time to move on to the highlight of our celebration. So, I present to you an exclusive chocolate cake for the Gentleman Cuisine Birthday!

INGREDIENTS


1. Lemon sponge cakes - 3 pcs

2. Dark chocolate - 1 bar

3. Banana cream - 1 large bowl

4. Oreo cookies - 1 package

5. Nuts - 6 pcs

6. Festive sprinkles - 1 tbsp

7. Great mood - to the max





Step By Step Cooking Process



STEP 1


Place the first lemon sponge cake, generously spread it with banana cream, place the second sponge cake on top, repeat the cream layer, and then cover with the third sponge cake.


STEP 2


Melt the chocolate and spread it over the top of the cake base.


STEP 3


Remove the filling from the cookies, then crush them into fine crumbs. Then carefully sprinkle around the sides of the cake until the frosting is completely immersed in the crumbs. Gently and elegantly press it down with your hands if necessary.


STEP 4


Now it's time to decorate our cake. Using the icing tools, outline the top and bottom of the cake. Add your favorite design in the center (in my case, I added the project logo). And don't worry if you're not an artist — it won't ruin the taste.


STEP 5


Let's add the final touch - nuts in any pretty shape (I made flower petals) and a light sprinkle in the center.


STEP 6


The festive chocolate cake, gentleman-style, is ready! It's time to invite guests and refrigerate the cake for an hour or two to allow the flavor to set.
