INGREDIENTS


1. Chicken breast - 2 pcs

2. Cheese - 100 g

3. Mayonnaise - to taste

4. Onion - 1 pc

5. Salt - to taste

6. Pepper - to taste

7. Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp

8. Tomatoes - 2 pcs

9. Parsley - 1 bunch





Step By Step Cooking Process



STEP 1


Divide the breasts into portions, then lightly beat and place in a frying pan, lightly greased with vegetable oil. Fry the breasts over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until golden brown, then turn over.


STEP 2


Reduce heat to low. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper, add sliced onion, spread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes on low heat, until cheese melts.


STEP 3


Place the finished dish on a plate, garnish with tomato and herbs, and drizzle with the pan’s melted cheese for an extra touch of indulgence.
