Beef Noodle Soup

Incredibly tasty and aromatic beef broth with noodles and vegetables. If you are a fan of exquisite, but easy to prepare dishes, then this recipe will definitely not leave you indifferent!

Total time: 60 minutes | Cooking time: 45 minutes | Yield: 2 servings
INGREDIENTS
1. Beef (fillet) - 200 g
2. Onion - 1/2 pc
3. Carrot - 1/2 pc
4. Salt - to taste
5. Black pepper - to taste
6. Egg noodles - 100 g
7. Water - 1 l
8. Parsley - 1 bunch
9. Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Step By Step Cooking Process
STEP 1
Wash the beef (I use fillet, but you can also use meat on the bone), pour 1 liter of cold water and bring to a boil. Remove the foam and cook for 20-30 minutes until the meat is ready.
STEP 2
Remove the meat and strain the broth.
STEP 3
Cut the onion into thin rings, the carrot into cubes, fry in vegetable oil and add to the broth. Add salt, pepper and cook for 15 minutes.
STEP 4
Add noodles to the soup and cook until done.
STEP 5
Cut the meat into thin slices and add to the soup. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
