Banana Bread In Pan

If you have overripe bananas that don't look "presentable" and you don't know what to do with them, don't rush to throw them away, because you can bake banana bread! For this, you need very soft banana puree. It is precisely overripe bananas that give the bread such a rich taste and wonderful aroma!

INGREDIENTS
1. Flour - 115 g
2. Sugar - 60 g
3. Nuts - 70 g
4. Baking powder - 1 tsp
5. Salt - 1/2 tsp
6. Ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
7. Vanilla - 1/4 tsp
8. Eggs - 1 pc
9. Butter - 60 g
10. Bananas - 1 pc
11. Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Step By Step Cooking Process
STEP 1
Roast the nuts in a dry frying pan for 5 minutes. Let cool, then chop into large pieces or lightly grind in a blender.
STEP 2
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
STEP 3
Add nuts. Mix well.
STEP 4
Separately beat the eggs with a whisk, add banana puree (you can make it by simply mashing the bananas with a fork) and melted butter (cooled to room temperature). Mix well.
STEP 5
Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ones and use a silicone or wooden spatula to stir the mixture in circular motions from the bottom up. As soon as the flour is moistened, stop stirring. The dough should be lumpy. Heat the frying pan, previously greased with vegetable oil, pour in the dough, cover with a lid and bake the banana bread on the lowest heat for 10-15 minutes, then turn it over with a plate and bake for another 10-15 minutes. The baking time depends on the size of the frying pan: the deeper the frying pan, the higher the bread, and more time is required for baking. Check the readiness of the bread with a wooden stick.
STEP 6
Remove the finished bread from the stove and let it sit in the pan for 10 minutes. After that, take the bread out of the pan and leave it to cool, covering it with a kitchen towel.
