Amazing Pancakes with Ice Cream and Jam

Fluffy, tender, melt-in-your-mouth pancakes with ice cream and jam. What could be better at the beginning of the day? Pancakes according to this recipe, take a little longer to prepare than usual, but it's worth it. Yeast dough makes pancakes as fluffy and delicious as possible, and ice cream and jam give such a breakfast a magical taste.


Total time: 40 minutes | Cooking time: 15 minutes | Yield: 3 servings



INGREDIENTS


1. Flour - 250 g

2. Milk - 200 ml

3. Egg - 1 pc

4. Yeast - 1 tbsp

5. Baking powder - 1 tsp

6. Salt - 1/4 tsp

7. Sugar - 2 tbsp

8. Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp

9. Ice cream - to taste

10. Jam - to taste




Step By Step Cooking Process


STEP 1


Break an egg into a deep bowl, add sugar and salt. Mix.


STEP 2


Pour in milk, stir. Then add flour, baking powder, yeast and beat until smooth. Then add vegetable oil and stir again. Cover the dough and leave for 30 minutes.


STEP 3


During this time, the dough will rise and become as airy as possible. Next, bake classic pancakes in a dry frying pan, over medium heat, until golden brown on each side.


STEP 4


Place a scoop of ice cream on the finished pancakes, pour your favorite fruit jam (I used strawberry jam and vanilla ice cream) and enjoy a wonderful morning! Bon appetit!
